人間ドック

２７日の石垣島のマラソン１０ｋｍ走 http://www.ishigakijima-marathon.jp/ は練習のやり過ぎ？？？？で足を痛めてキャンセル、その後ちょっと東京に行ってました。戻ってきて人間ドックだったので久々のブログ更新です。船もダイビング器材もスタッフもオーバーホール大切です。徳洲会病院 http://www.tokushukai.jp/hsp/ishigakijima/index.html で受けてきました。後日詳細結果が送付されてきますが、恐らく「特に問題なしのはずです。
Due to ache of Achilles' tendon, regrettably I canceled 10km competition in Ishigaki marathon on 27th http://www.ishigakijima-marathon.jp/en/index.html . After that I left Ishigaki island and went to Tokyo for a while. Coming back to here, I had annual medical check-up at Tokusyukai Hospital. Not only diving boat or SCUBA gear but myself overhauling once a year is important. I am looking forward to being delivered the detail report of that.
