How's it going, everybody?
こんにちは、さときです。

"60 minutes three-game match", is this topic about professional wrestling? No, of course it's about diving!!
６０分３本勝負って？？プロレスの話？？いやもちろんダイビングのことです。

Today I enjoyed man-to-man diving with Mr. Sai-T. Under conditions of 24 degree Celsius water temperature and chilly north wind on the boat, Mr. Sai-T completed 60 minutes three diving. But he is not only tough against coldness but economical for consuming tank air.
今日もありがた～いお客様、斉Ｔさんとマンツーマンでしっかり潜って参りました。水温２４℃、しかも船に戻ると冷た～い北風が待っているという何ともありがたくない条件下でも斉Ｔさん、きっちり３本とも６０分ダイブです。斉Ｔさん５ミリのワンピースにフードベストというスタイルでのダイビングですから寒さに非常に強いのはもちろんのこと、タンクの空気も持ちもすばらしいんです。

During logging time after diving, we are talking about consuming tank air in the water. I say to him, "I was surprised at, Mr. Sai-T, you're more economical than me!!" He replies, "I also used to consume tank air very quickly just after Open water diver certification course. But one diver suggested me that important thing is inhaling much and exhaling slowly. After that amazingly my consumption of air in the water became very conservative. And some complex about quick air eating also was gone."
ログ付け時に空気の消費の話題になりました。私は斉Ｔさんに、「斉Ｔさん、前からそんなに燃費良かったでしたっけ？」すると斉Ｔさん、「うん、そうなんだよ。講習の後ぐらいはさ～、オレも空気すぐなくなっちゃってね。でも一緒に潜った人に言われたんだ、いっぱい吸ってゆっくり吐きなって。そしたらさ～、そのあとから急に燃費がよくなっちゃて。自分でも驚いたよ。」
