Sake glass with a hole

How's it going, everybody?

先日マンタを見に来てくれたキャサリンさんとマットさんが、そのお礼にとスモールギフトを送ってきてくれました。
Kathryn & Matt, ALT (Assistant Language Teacher) in Kochi prefecture and visited our Diving school Umicoza in end of March, sent us a small gift.



さすが、酒処高知。穴のあいたお猪口です。注がれたお酒は飲み干すまで、お猪口はテーブルに置くことはできません。なぜ？？もちろん穴からお酒が漏れしまうからです。キャサリンさんとマットさんには飲みすぎには注意してください。
This is Sake glass with a hole. Why does it have a hole?? Because you can never put it on a table until bottoms up. Kochi prefecture is one of the famous area for drinking Japanese Sake, so this glass is popular in there. ' Kathryn & Matt, thank for your good present'

コブシメの交接です。見学している我々までなんか恥ずかしくなるぐらいずっとブッチュウ～としてました。明日もちょっと波が高そうです。
This is copulation of a couple of Cuttle fish. How deep and long it was!! It's real nature.
